Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Canada: 1-3 business days for Express Shipping, 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping
- United States: 3-9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada and the United States:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49.99 to Canada & the United States
- Standard Shipping - $3.99 CAD / $3.99 USD - estimated delivery in 3-5 Business Days for Canada, 3-9 Business Days for the United States.
- Express Shipping (Canada Only) - $15.99 CAD - estimated delivery in 1-3 business days.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States only. Cross-border shipments from Canada to the US may be subject to customs review, but most low-value consumer goods qualify for duty-free entry under CUSMA. Customers are responsible for confirming applicability.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
