Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item is incorrect (you received the wrong product)
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours
Return Shipping Costs
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
No, we don’t accept exchanges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
